Yo.

Pretty. Is that IM client MSN only or multi-platform? I really wish they'd release a Linux version of Trillian; it'd be instrumental in helping me attempt a switch.
I do what I can.

Ironically enough, the two posts have the same title :)

Speaking of Multi Platform.. jeff, have you checked out/heard of Miranda Messaging? From what I heard it was pretty good but hadn't tried it.

Dave uses it. I still like Trillian too much, especially the skins. I just wish they'd keep up more with some of the extra features like webcamming.

Ha ha don't brag :)

-- AMD AthlonXP 2000 Processor
-- 512 DDR 2100 RAM (not sure on its MHz)
-- (not sure on the mobo either, I'll check it out when I get home)
-- (2) 40 GB IDE HDs (not sure on write speed)
-- ATI Radeon 9600 SE (with free Hl2 and CSSource :))
-- CD Burner

Its nothing special but its a decent gaming PC for my blood.. it runs with pings low enough for people to go Oooo, and ahhh... (but thats with a 3MEG Cable connection)

I will update these specs when I get home and get time..

Miranda is decent, I like it because... well it's in the alpha/beta stages and I don't mind running something other than trillian. They are both fine I just prefer something that nobody else uses. You're better off sticking with trillian, but miranda does everything trillian does. It has a few stability issues and protocal problems, but thats what alpha testing is for.
