Stick it on!

I figured this should go in the Games section...

I hate the fact that I can't copy my games. Or my DVDs or CDs. (legally, anyway). You invest so much in a game, and even though the actual media of the discs costs pennies to manufacture, once you've scratched that up, you're out $50. It sucks that manufacturers continue to use a pretty weak medium for their expensive products.

I just saw a commercial for these things, and they actually sound pretty useful. I have no idea if they work, or how much they cost, but I like the idea a lot. I wonder if they come in a mini variety for GameCube?
I do what I can.

They work great actually. I picked up a few while in Madison.. unfortunately they are not brother proof. He was messing with them whereas he tore them.

They don't have Mini Disc ones thought which is a bummer.

Q: What products will the d_skinâ„¢ Protective Disc Skinsâ„¢ work on?

A: d_skin™ Protective Disc Skins™ work on PlayStation®, PlayStation®2, Xbox®, computer games, DVD’s, music CD’s and data CD’s.

Its a good thing to have unless your trying to protect mini discs.

The screensavers did a review on these buggers, and gave it a thumbs up.. I believe.
